for some reason the home screen that showed the moon as it waxed and waned is blank- it has been for some time.

Sad, this app doesn’t work anymore. I can’t see the moon …all other tabs work

I love this app, but for some reason the moon is suddenly gone! What the heck good is it if I can’t see what phase of the moon is. I don’t want to read text I want to see the picture. Fix this please… instantly!

Best app I have seen or used for the sun and moon . Great and easy to use for young and old .

I can no longer see the moon phases on the moon tab of this ap. All the other tabs work correctly. Update? I see there is something about a preview of a new way to see the moon but nothing works on that tab.

This has been an amazing app for years. But a couple of weeks ago the moon phase screen went black. Right now the moon is full but my screen is black. Very disappointing.

Not a bad app, but kind of annoying that after you pay to unlock the part of the app that shows the positions of the planets, it only shows six planets, plus the sun and moon. Where are the other three (or two, if you believe the hype about Pluto not being a "real" planet)? It's not like it would be that hard to add the extra information. Sloppy programming. 👎 UPDATE: Apparently when Apple screws up and loses your backup and ALL YOUR DATA GETS WIPED, this app also forgets the additional content you paid for and requires that you pay for it again when you reinstall. What a garbage app.

It was working fine until this last update now it only lets me select 3 dates from many years ago.

Awesome! I use the app all the time to check the moon phase. I’m curious as to why, on the Planets and Zodiac page, it shows the Sun on a moving rotation with the planets.

Thank you, I was really worried you abandoned this app. Try as I may and as often as I tried app would not open on phone or iPad. Very disappointing. This app, now that it works like it worked before, is simple to the point and attractive. Nothing unnecessary. All good! Thank you, Hannah

Beside data presents, can you add Moon age in days hours and minutes, in which this app will deserve 5 stars Than you After your latest update, this App freezes, never open in iOS 10 which should be compatible according your recommendation. Thanks

With all my apps on IPhone when I get a new phone all apps/paid apps reload free. I’ve paid for this app twice,I’m not understanding why.

Would review as 6 stars! Simple, Easy & beautiful graphics! Love the alerts too, which I recommend purchasing! I studied Astronomy in college & I think this is the best sunrise / lunar app in the iStore!

Very useful and easy to use

I'm amazed by this new app that is, for now, available as free. Extremely user-friendly and consistently provides accurate information and details for keeping up at all times with positions of both sun/moon, visibly showing in gorgeous graphics "where" the phases are. The site is available for iPhone & on Google Play for Android Version. I found it as an interactive piece of a friend's professional website. It's easily accessed on a computer where instructions are found to get it via your App Store icon and/or a "click here" link . Simple & simply a beautiful & useful tool for anyone who is looking for a great way to keep the tracking close and accurate for any reason. 5 stars, thanks to these creators who also share how to email any questions should something arise during time on their App!

This is a handy app to have whether your interest is astronomical, astrological, or both. The moon image is realistic yet aesthetically pleasing as well. I also appreciate how they managed to provide a great deal of useful information without making the interface look busy. Thanks again to the developer(s).

this app has what's needed to keep track of the moon with a very nice user interface.

The graphics are attractive, and information on current moon phase, upcoming full moon, and today's sun status is presented logically and simply. It would be nice to have data for the previous month or two, and the app may be something of a battery hog. Still, it works well and doesn't try to up-sell you, so unless something better comes along I definitely recommend it.

It shows the current moon phase as well as the dates of the next main moon phases. Also shows sunset/sunrise and dusk/dawn times to the minute. It has its limitations, but it serves its purpose well enough.

I love it! I live in Hawai'i and we plan a lot of outdoor adventures and social gatherings to enjoy and celebrate...Mahina! The moon. Good for those if us who combine astronomy AND astrology in our considerations. Large objects have gravitational pull on the fluids in our bodies. Women are especially aware of moon cycles! Body and circadian rhythms are influences! I also dislike the constant location monitoring, and subsequent drain on battery. This could be fixed. Otherwise....3 thumbs up!🌺

i appreciate the NASA-quality images, and the sine wave interpretation of the moon phases. the current zodiac phase is nice, too.

Suddenly each screen is missing half of the information that used to be displayed (i.e., the right half of the moon data). I really miss a lot of that timing/forecasting info.

An app that runs location services 100% of the time is terribly inefficient. No way to choose another location in the world and unable to select a different date.

Got this to see when moonrise would be for the upcoming supermoon eclipse, found that this app doesn't give any data for the future or the past. Good grief. The app asks for permanent access to my location information, even on the app is not open. Now why do you suppose the developer needs this information? It's 2015, explain yourself, dev.

This app provides good info, but only if you are willing to allow the app to access your location, even when you are not using the app. That means that it is probably a battery-hog. Most apps give you the option to only access your location when you are using the app. Less use of your GPS when you aren't using the app means less battery usage.

I LOVE THIS APP!! It's so user friendly, easy to use and UNDERSTAND!!! It's VERY INFORMATIVE!!! I've ALWAYS followed the moon phases, as I'm somewhat affected 😜 by them(LOL), therefore I like to keep an eye on what phase it's in and when...🌜🌒🌕This App allows me to do just that!! Perhaps you will be encouraged to enhance by including historical data ;)

Gives you sun and moon phases, rising & setting, and other data -- it would be good if those other data were explained in app instead of making me google all of them. Also, I would like to select my location manually (b/c I have Location Services disabled) and perhaps have multiple locations. Also, it updates in the background once a minute, which uses battery. Updating frequency should be a user option. In fact, there are no user options at all. It is what it is, and it's free.

The way the website is written sold me and the app has a likely cleverness. Worth writing a review for!

I had a iPhone for over 5 years. I never once wrote a review! So the only reason, I am doing this review is to just to tell the world, that this apps is so dope! It's amazing.

It's almost impossible to find a calendar with daily moon phases. Most only give the New and Full moon. This is perfect, thank you!

I'm surprised that your iOS app doesn't give access to historical info. For example, I'd love to know when the moonrise and moonset we're last week—or will be next week. Being able to look back or forward a month would be fantastic (but I don't think you allow that on your desktop browser site either). You have the data, so put it to work. The experience is limited without it. Thanks!!

I was looking for a simple, easy moon-phase app because many calendars don't include that information anymore. This app is clear and easy to use with the added bonus of interesting daily data! It's just what I wanted - and more!

I love to photograph the moon in all its phases. This app keeps me ahead of the game. The best app for this kind of data. Beautiful and simple.

It's very important to know what the moon is up I, especially when it's full or new. This is a great app that gives quick, straight forward information. I can't find the info about future conditions so I do have to use another app for that :-( I like tht this app doesn't eat much space on my phone though! Yet still looks great.
